Password and login security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Account verification: 555bwm may request identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID) before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary for compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements. Providing fraudulent identification documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.
Account currency: All 555bwm accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All bets, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in PHP at the values displayed on the platform.
Account inactivity: An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 555bwm will notify you via the registered email before applying any inactivity maintenance fee. You can reactivate your account by logging in and contacting support.
All betting activity on 555bwm — whether sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, Tongits, Sabong, or any other product — is subject to the following general rules, as well as any product-specific rules published on the relevant game or market page.
Bet placement: A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation message from 555bwm. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or changed unless 555bwm specifically offers a cash-out or edit option on a particular market.
Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and market on 555bwm has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed before you confirm your bet. 555bwm reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns.
Pricing errors: If a bet is placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error or manifest pricing mistake, 555bwm reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your wallet. "Clearly incorrect" means odds that bear no reasonable relationship to the actual probability of the outcome. 555bwm will communicate any such voidance directly to the affected player.
Match fixing and integrity: Placing bets on events where you have inside information, or participating in any form of match or game fixing, is a serious violation of these Terms and Philippine law. 555bwm cooperates fully with sporting integrity authorities and will report suspected cases.
Disconnections: 555bwm is not responsible for network or technical failures on the player's side that result in a bet not being placed or a session being interrupted. For live casino and card games, 555bwm's server records are the authoritative record of game outcome if a dispute arises from a disconnection.
Accepted payment methods: 555bwm currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The available methods are displayed in full on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.
Minimum transactions: The minimum deposit on 555bwm is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. These minimums exist to keep transaction processing efficient for all players.
Source of funds: All deposits must come from a payment account in your own name. 555bwm does not accept deposits from third parties. If a third-party deposit is detected, it will be reversed to its source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Anti-money laundering compliance: As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 555bwm is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Your funds are safe: 555bwm holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Your balance is yours and is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to identity verification requirements where applicable.
555bwm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms published with the individual offer.
Wagering requirements: All bonuses have wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements) that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in the offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x rollover requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must wager a total of ₱5,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, sports betting contributes 100% per peso wagered, casino games contribute at varying rates, and some games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely. One bonus at a time: 555bwm does not allow stacking of multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless an offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses will be treated as bonus abuse.
Bonus abuse policy: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using coordinated betting patterns to exploit promotional mechanics, or any other form of systematic bonus abuse will result in all bonus amounts being forfeited, any associated winnings being voided, and the accounts in question being permanently closed.
Refer a Friend: The 555bwm Refer a Friend programme has its own terms, available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral bonuses require the referred player to register a genuine account, meet the minimum deposit requirement, and satisfy the programme's activity conditions before the referral reward is credited.

Self-exclusion: Any 555bwm player may request a self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent. Your 555bwm account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the 555bwm platform.
555bwm provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, 555bwm does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.
To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 555bwm's total liability to any player arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
555bwm is not liable for losses arising from internet connection failures on the player's side, device malfunctions, or actions taken by third-party payment processors. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
By you: You may close your 555bwm account at any time by contacting support@555bwm.best. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time, provided identity verification has been completed. Pending bonus amounts will be forfeited upon account closure.
By 555bwm: 555bwm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where: a breach of these Terms is detected; identity verification cannot be completed; fraudulent activity is suspected; the account poses a regulatory compliance risk; or the player is found to have provided false registration information.
Where an account is closed by 555bwm due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation. Any balance determined to be clean and uninvolved in the breach will be returned to the player.
555bwm may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, or operational practices. When material changes are made, 555bwm will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the platform for at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of 555bwm after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of 555bwm that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
Complaints process: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 555bwm's support team at support@555bwm.best to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter internally. 555bwm aims to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 72 hours. If you remain unsatisfied after our internal process, you may escalate to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority.
